I've had this K&F bag on numerous hikes with my Vangaurd Alta Sky, and I must say its a very practical and easy to use camera backpack. Its bulkiness and stiffness make me feel like I'm carrying around an extra 10 pounds, which is definitely not ideal for long hikes. Compared to the Vangaurd Alta Sky, this bag is significantly lighter but also less comfortable on my shoulders.

I've tried it with all sorts of gear, from my trusty R5 to some heavier lenses and a prime lens that's been attached through the side zip. The R5 can be jostled around in there, even though I'm using the 24/105 tele lens attached at the front of the bag. In fact, I've found it easier to carry all my gear with this bag than I thought possible.

The best part is its roominess - I can fit a lot more gear inside compared to some other backpacks on the market. My camera and lenses take up a fair amount of space in there too, but I have no problem seeing them or easily getting them out when needed. The material feels robust, like any good K&F bag, and the zips are high quality.

The velcro dividers attaching to the lining keep things secure, which is something that most other bags don't do - instead, they rely on flimsy fluffy liners. This keeps everything in place, even when I'm carrying heavier gear or using the side zip.

My only quibble with this bag is its center compartment is tricky to access - it's too hard to get my camera and lenses out without having to unzip a large portion of the main panel. If you can work around that, though, the rest of this bag is excellent.

Overall, I'm very happy with this K&F bag - it's well designed, good quality, and surprisingly affordable for what you get.

I nearly did not buy this camera backpack due to some reviews saying it was badly made . They were wrong . I took a punt because the good reviews outweighed the bad . I am glad I bought it now , and I need a new backpack which would hold my Benro Mammoth tripod, fluid head, sigma 150-600mm, 70-300mm, 18-135mm, 35mm lenses.

The XL version is pretty well made , and the zips seem to be pretty robust . It has a side opening for a camera , but I have used it for getting to my fluid head in the opening panel , it has some pockets where I have put my lens cleaning wipes. There's a small zippered side pouch for spare batteries / memory cards, at the top of the backpack , it has a zippered section where I have put my cleaning brushes and fluid . At the side of the backpack there is a zippered opening for a laptop / tablet ( I put my light weight waterproof jacket in there), and finally on the bottom of the backpack there is a zip which is where the rain cover is located.

The shoulder staps are padded and are adjustable , and have a D-loop on each strap . It has a chest strap and waist strap / belt ( I'm a rather large guy with a 38" waist and quite broad chest, I don't think this would be suitable for people with a larger waist than 40") . The backpack is pretty well made and the zips seem to be pretty robust , it's OK in terms of comfort. The padded section for your back is OK.

The K&F camera bag has truly proven itself as an indispensable companion on outdoor adventures, providing ample space and flexibility to accommodate a wide range of accessories.

The numerous adaptable compartments within the bag offer a multitude of convenient storage options, keeping gear organized and easily accessible when needed. A clever system of velcro closures enables secure attachment in various positions, ensuring that essentials remain safe and out of reach.

One of the standout features of this camera bag is its intuitive design, which prioritizes accessibility for users with diverse physical needs. By incorporating a spacious interior with side-opening vents, it's possible to maintain a comfortable working environment even when hauling larger or longer-lens camera equipment.

A robust harness system provides superior comfort and stability on the back, while an off-setting ventilation design keeps you cool and dry in warm environments. The bag also boasts impressive durability, thanks to its multi-layered construction that can withstand harsh outdoor conditions.

Overall, I highly recommend this camera bag for anyone seeking a reliable and feature-rich companion for hiking with external fastenings or tripod setups.
